I SAW THIS SOFTWARE BEING DISPLAYED ON A MONITOR AT A COMPUTER SHOW, I COULD NOT TELL IF IT WAS A SOFTWARE PROGRAM OR THE REAL THING! You've seen aquarium screensavers before, but you've never seen anything like this! Hyper-realistic 3D fish swim at random in a hi-resolution reef tank. A DirectX tour-de-force. The fish are true Direct3D objects, not simple bitmaps being dragged across the screen as in other aquarium screensavers. The JPEG image here does not do justice to the real program - it really must be seen to be believed!
Will the Aquarium work with Windows NT? What are the system requirements?
The Aquarium Virual Aquarium is a DirectX application, so it will not work under Windows NT 4. It does work under Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 (which is Windows NT 5), and XP Pro & Home. Also required: A Pentium class processor, DirectX 6, 7, or 8, and a fairly strong video card with 3D capabilities. We have no current plans for an OpenGL version, but a Mac version is a possibility in the future.
IF JEWEL CASE IS OPENED, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE, CHECK AND MAKE SURE IT WILL WORK ON YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE PURCHASING.
